Delete your Coingram account

This page explains how to permanently delete your account for the Coingram Android app (developer listing name: Coingram / Coingraam) and the associated personal data we hold for that account.

Request deletion (web)

If you no longer have the app installed, email our support team to request account deletion. Include the phone number or email address used to register, and your username if you remember it.

Delete from the Coingram Android app

Open the Coingram app and sign in to the account you want to delete.
Go to the Profile tab.
Open settings and tap Delete account.
Read the warning carefully, then confirm deletion.

After confirmation, you are signed out and the account can no longer be used.

What is deleted

When your deletion request is processed (in-app or via support), we delete the account and remove personal identifiers such as phone number, email, and Google sign-in linkage from the active account record so the account can no longer be accessed. Profile data tied to that account is removed from active use in Coingram systems.

After deletion you may register again later with the same phone number or email; that creates a new account and does not restore the old one.

Data we may retain

Limited information may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, abuse investigation, accounting, or legal compliance (for example transaction or ban records). We do not keep your account available for login after deletion.

Processing time

In-app deletion is processed immediately. Web requests sent to support are typically completed within 7 days after we verify account ownership. You will receive a confirmation email when possible.
